Working Together

The residents meet and provide feedback to staff regarding their housing and overall well-being. As well, from materials acquired through donation, they make goods for sale, and use the revenue obtained as they wish. This operation by residents is encouraged by staff and management, as it promotes motivation and independent life skills.
