Working Together

The residents meet and provide feedback to staff regarding their housing, daily lives, and overall well-being. Residents are encouraged to provide feedback of their personal choices, resident activities, meals and food menu, and special events and outings. The committee also provides an opportunity to discuss concerns and make suggestions for improvements. Feedback is shared with management who will respond to their suggestions and concerns, via a written report, within one week.
