Non Seniors: All AISH residents admitted to Everglades’ currently pays $2132.00
Seniors: Seniors rates are based on their income, if monthly income is $2454.00 or greater then their monthly accommodation, then the charge will be $2132.00
We only accept 3rd party payments from AISH to ensure rent comes directly to Everglades, unless you have a trust account.
PLEASE NOTE: We require a 30 day written notice on the 1st of the month. If you have a guardian they will have to submit on your behalf. Everglades will notify AISH to stop 3rd payment and or trustee.
Everglades has emergency preparedness plans in place to ensure the continuation of services in an emergency. For more information or a copy of the plan see the administration office.
The housekeepers clean rooms once weekly and will do daily checks to see if anything needs to be done. The housekeeper at this time will also check to see if anything requires repair and will submit a maintenance request.
Employees and volunteers are unable to accept gifts from residents or become involved in their financial or non-financial affairs.
Everglades goes through routine inspections as required in the province of Alberta. If you are interested in the results of these inspections please speak to the administration office.
Everglades has a manage risk process in place to address any limitations on our service to individual residents. If a managed risk agreement is needed it will be developed in collaboration with yourself and/or your representative.
Trust accounts are available to allow for ease of payment for canteen, beauty parlor, and transportation. Receipts for all transactions are provided and statements are available upon request. Should you wish to close your trust account please provide a request in writing to the administration office.
